‍Design Challenges & UX Solutions

During the Gaming Platform & In-Game UI Revamp, I tackled several critical UX/UI issues related to performance, clarity, accessibility, and visual appeal. Here's how each challenge was addressed through thoughtful design decisions.

1. Slow Responsiveness on Betting

Problem
Players experienced delays during gameplay, particularly when placing or confirming bets.

Solution
A new Auto Bet feature was introduced. Players are prompted to set their betting preferences during their first visit, and can toggle this feature anytime via the settings menu — streamlining repeat actions and improving speed.

2. Confusing and Cluttered UI

Problem
The interface was overloaded with text and unclear navigation, leading to user frustration and drop-offs.

Solution
I redesigned the interface by replacing excess text with clear, intuitive icons. Game screens were decluttered and grouped logically, creating a more intuitive and user-friendly environment.

3. Poor Mobile Readability

Problem
Small text and tightly packed elements made mobile play difficult and uncomfortable.

Solution
The platform was redesigned with responsive, touch-friendly components.
Created responsive design with ergonomic touch targets (72px, 60px, 42px).
Using 8-Point Grid System for size and spacing.
This ensured comfortable interaction across all screen sizes.

4. Weak Visual Appeal

Problem
The UI felt outdated and inconsistent, lacking the premium feel expected from a leading gaming provider.

Solution
I introduced a modern, high-contrast visual style with a unified design system across all games. This improved brand perception and enhanced visual clarity while keeping the interface immersive and clean.
